Recently I tired to make growth charts for my plants, just like when I was a kid and against a door frame designated as Jenny's my dad would occasionally mark a pencil or place a sticker over my head. But this caused me to realize that my succulents only grow in extreme growth spurts, like they're hit puberty every few months…so I must be doing something wrong? /badmother

Soo, I used to have this habit of painting myself (usually like a cat) while working on a project (naturally), forgetting about it, and then going out in public. And more than once that resulted in strangers responding with offensive cat calls (naturally?).

* by used to I mean I no longer show my painted face in public

I adore beer & wine bottle labels. So much so that I'm not only collecting them, I'm dressing up like them ^^ (And, if you're anything like me, you too make your beverage purchases based on the packaging design. Y'know, it's logical.)

Before any glass bottles are tossed into the recycle bin, save the sticker!

Easy: fill up the sink or a pot with hot water and soak the bottle for a bit (fill the bottle so it sinks), and the label will safely peel off in one piece! Beware that the glue may still be a bit tacky.

I was gifted a Kinderschokolade. It's a German chocolate egg with a toy in the center. I could have opened my egg and been delighted by a cute little figurine of, say, a Smurf.
